Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Once an article is accepted and APCs are paid, the fee is non-refundable in most cases, as editorial and processing work begins immediately and involves significant resources.

2. Cancellation Requests

• Authors may withdraw their article before acceptance without penalty.
• If withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, cancellation may be considered upon written request. A partial refund may apply if production work has not started.
• No cancellation is allowed once the article is published online.

3. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate or excess payments occur due to technical errors, authors are eligible for a full refund after verification. Please provide proof of payment via email.

4. Payment Gateway Failures

If payment is deducted but not reflected in our system due to technical issues, we will verify the transaction and either complete the process manually or issue a full refund.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
